The caller is known but isn’t allowed to run this operation here: the key’s scope is too small, the person’s role is too low, or the workspace requires two-factor sign-in.

Common code values (new ones can appear):
scope: the operation needs a key with a larger scope, or doesn’t accept keys at allrole: only owners, or owners and admins, can do thistwo_factor_required: the workspace requires two-factor sign-in
What to do
Use a key with the right scope, or ask a workspace owner or admin. Retrying doesn’t help.
