Renames it, moves it, or saves its document on top of `baseVersionId`, which must be the latest version (409 `version_stale` otherwise). A save by the same person within 10 minutes of the version it continues replaces that version; otherwise it adds one.
Duplicate a email POST
A new one with a copy of its latest version, named “… (copy)” unless `name` is given and in the same folder unless `folderId` is. In use right away, like any new one.
