Update a segment PATCH
Renames it, moves it, or saves a new draft version on top of `baseVersionId`, which must be the current draft (409 `version_stale` otherwise). The published version doesn’t change.
Duplicate a segment POST
A new one with a copy of its draft (its latest version), named “… (copy)” unless `name` is given and in the same folder unless `folderId` is. It starts as a draft: publish it to use it.
