Update a template PATCH
Renames it, moves it, or saves its document on top of `baseVersionId`, which must be the latest version (409 `version_stale` otherwise). A save by the same person within 10 minutes of the version it continues replaces that version; otherwise it adds one.
List a template’s versions GET
Newest first; one per stretch of editing.
