About Postforge

Email platforms for ecommerce grew into suites. SMS, push, reviews, loyalty and customer service were added on top of email, with prices that grow with every profile you store. Brands that only want great email pay for channels they never use.

At the same time, founders, marketers and agencies now build their stack together with AI. They pick tools their AI knows, can set up and can operate. For ecommerce email, no such tool existed: open-source email software was either newsletter-only or outdated, and nothing was designed for AI to work with.

• Email only, done completely: automations, segments, campaigns, templates and analytics, without other channels in the way
• Your own sending provider, domain and reputation, so you never pay a markup on sending
• Built on your store’s data: years of orders and customers, live from then on, in every locale you sell in
• AI that does the setup and drafts the work, and a person who approves every change
• Open source and self-hostable, with your data in your own database

Postforge is built by sybdev, an independent developer in the Netherlands. It is a private project for now, not a company, and it is in development: the privacy policy and terms say what that means for you.
